Deleting not working accounts (bug?)

For example i have this :

User_Game IP:Port
develop_bf1942 217.118.222.4:23000
develop_bf1942 217.118.222.4:23001
develop_bf1942 217.118.222.4:23002
develop_bf1942 217.118.222.4:23003

etc etc

But ip 217.118.222.4 (on remote server) is not working anymore. (Server dead).

Removing or managing is impossible due the remote is not reachable.

This can caused by a few things:

So you can't change the core config in WHM for that user/game since it's old IP is no longer reachable ?

I can't seem to replicate this, I'm always able to change the IP in WHM's core-config for the game in question and it updates it for all communications for the user+game. If you can, put in a ticket and let me know the user+game so I can take a look at them and also the TeamSpeak download issue at the same time.
