Error trying to start css server

When i try to start my css server from cpanel i get this error:
" error: Failure when receiving data from the peer"

It worked fine until i added some maps.
Have now deleted all the maps i uploaded, but i still get the same error.

A google search suggests that error comes from curl, which is built into the steam client. I've never seen the error before, but put in a ticket for me and hopefully I can find what's causing it exactly.
