Game will not install

Whenever i try to install CoD4 V1.6 it shows as installing but never actually installs.

What am i doing wrong?

Make sure the account your installing it on, has the required amount of diskspace available.

The account has unlimited disk space so this is not the problem

Blaze_SCN - Does the game server package show up as up to date in the download manager in WHM ? If so, put in a ticket so I can take a look.

Yup - it shows as up to date.
Where do i submit a ticket? Never needed to do so before.

If you don't have any of the other info, then choose the bottom option of submitting a ticket without logging in.

We have the same problem with BF2 for exemple.

Hi, prior installation You should "Select whether or not each reseller is allowed to manage gameservers for their users."

In the Gameserver menu in WHM find "Manage Resellers' cPGS Control" menu entry and assign rights to some reseller account of your server.

Then it went ok to me
