Gameserver Licenses?

Do you have to acqure a license to sell or distribute game servers to the public? This would be a game server hosting company. I do know you must obtain a TeamSpeak license, but does anyone know if that is true for game servers? I have not found a site that says that it is, but I'm not entirely sure. I thought TeamSpeak was free until I researched it more. America's Army Honor Servers require one also.

Mosly the client pays for the game to connect to a gameserver. Almost all gameserver can be downloaded and intalled for free. They are also coming with some linux licences like GPL etc.

So if I wanted to use cPGS for a game server company I only have to obtain a TeamSpeak license? And none of the other servers require them?

If any of the games require you to buy a license, like Teamspeak, I'll have a EULA or the sort on the download page. I'm not aware of any game server that is like that however. The companies make their money off the client side paying for their copies of the games, the servers are released for free since it helps create community and word-of-mouth advertising and popular support.
