Half Life 1/2 Problems
Hello,
we installed Half Life 1 and 2 for a client, but no matter which one I install, the client is unable to control the server through his cpanel, although I have specifically checked the option during the installation. I tried to re-install from scratch, but still no go. I am using the cpanel staff mirror, the latest version of cpgsd and the installation itself doesn't report any issues.
How can I go about troubleshooting this?

I assume the server is "allowed" in the advanced config -> "manage game" section in WHM ? Does the cPGS icon not show up at all in cPanel or what exactly are you seeing ? Put in a ticket if you want me to look at it directly, that might be faster than going back and forth on the forum.
