You can only change it from the main cPGS configuration in WHM.
Look for "Use Custom Command Line" tick yes, then below in the Custom Command Line you would add the example below.

    Example:
    /home/css/.gameservers/cstrikesrc_1/orangebox/srcds_linu x -dir /home/css/.gameservers/cstrikesrc_1//orangebox/ -game cstrike +maxplayers 32 +ip xxxxxxxx +port 27015 +exec server.cfg +map cs_office -nohltv -tvdisable

You can also add or remove individual command line options in WHM for each user/game/install # by clicking on the "Simple Config Editor" link on the manage game page. On that page you can change what individual config file variables are available to users, what command line options they can override, etc. The full command line override that RasterMan suggested is the more simple of the two options to set up, and if it works for you, don't worry about the other that I suggested unless curious

and get this error in console

    Auto detecting CPU
    Using default binary: ./srcds_linux
ERROR: Source Engine binary './srcds_linux' not found, exiting
Thu Jul 1 18:09:51 EEST 2010: Server Failed

First, make sure you are using the latest version of cPGS by doing a forced self reinstall from WHM on the main cPGS page. Also, call srcds_linux directly, not srcds_run as you won't get the right pid return value from the open3 call cPGS does.
*note* just b/c it says 0.7.3 is the latest and that is what you have, run the reinstall again as there are multiple versions within 0.7.3 that are not displayed but only the most recent supports the orangebox version of CS:S.

Antidote - put in a ticket for me to take a look. One thing you might want to try is to make sure autoupdate is enabled and also trying to start it from the command line via ssh as the user to see if it's a cPGS issue or an incomplete install, etc. The new server uses a lot more disk space, so keep an eye on the user's disk space quota.

A "ticket" is a support request, please see my forum signature at the bottom of any of my posts for a link to submit one easily. This will let you send me login information securely so I can take a look at your server to see what the problem is.
