help please

hi guys

Some idiot had put a upd flooding scripts on my server which has resulted in my server being put in the sin bin, i.e. pretty much completely blocked. My host is allowing me to open certain ips and ports so clients can still get access to their game servers.

I've allowed all of the ip/ports the game servers run on but they server's still arent responding. Within the cpgs menu it looks like it starts ok... but there is just no access to the server. Its obviously still being blocked. Is the any other ips/ports that need to be opened as well.

Also in whm i get this: Failed to find host: cpgs.cpanel.net

If any one can help asap, it would be greatly appreciated. Customers arent happy!! lol
