HLTV? I must be blind....

Okay,
I think I must openly admit it...
I'm an idiot when it comes to HLDS in cPGS, I can't seem to find the HLTV start button any where let alone the HLTV config within cPanel.

Any one able to blatantly mark it our in a screen shot please?

The HLTV start/stop was removed from cPanel and automated, it starts when you start the HL server and stops the same way, at least in theory. Looking at it I see a bug that prevents it from seeing it's ever allowed, so it never starts. Am working on it now.
