How can I change a server protocol Couter Strike 1.6 cofigured using cPGS from WHM?

I installed Counter Strike 1.6 server that uses protocol 48. How can I make this server to use both protocols, namely 47 and 48. At the moment not everyone can access this server.

If this is not possible how can I get him to run the protocol 47?

there is no way to get servers to run on multiple protocols.
