I'm not really the best person to give guestimates on how many you can run (anyone else reading that runs them all the time feel free to chime in,)
but I can tell you that it depends also on the number of players each server is taking up, for instance you could run 50 CS 1.6 servers with 2 players on each but it wouldn't take as much resources as 5 CS 1.6 servers with 24 on each as far as CPU goes. The bandwidth will be the least of your worries, 100mbit is plenty.

while this is just a ballpark guess, i'd say 10-15. however you might want to get input from people who actually run server companies with more hands on experience running fully loaded servers.
