How many TF2 and Call of duty servers will this machine host?

8 x Xeon 2.13Ghz CPU | 12GB DDR3 Ram | 1 x 1 TB SATA 2 HDD | 3000 GB Traffic

i worked it out on a ram basis of 12gb divided by 230mb which got me 53 game servers. am i right by this im sure the in and out speed is rarther high. but on a basis of 53 servers times 32 slots on average is 1696 slots which is rarther alot of connections however i doubt if i was to sell that many servers all 32 slots would be in use at once. and im pretty sure the cpu can handle this. does my calculations look right or am i completley off?

good grief, that’s a monster machine! how many do you want???

just as a silly wild guess?? probably between 40 - 75 depending on slots and server load. The main thing is you don’t ever want to run out of memory and have to use virtual memory (SLOOOOOW) and you don’t want to max out your cpu, but both those games are resources friendly
In fact I like to keep the load no more than 60 percent or so incase the server really fill up
