How to update CS:S server

How can i update my counter-strike: source server?

When i connect to my server i get this error:
"Server has not updated to the most recent version."

here is the log from my console log:

Do you have autoupdate enabled in the config optons for the game ? If not, set it to Yes, save the config, then stop and start the game, it should run a steam update. You *may* need to stop/start it twice if it updates the steam binary and cPGS doesn't catch it. If that doesn't help, put in a ticket for me.
