I'm stuck

Ok so I installed the cpgs plugin but at the cpgs configuration screen when i try to install a server or set up a user i get this error IO::Socket::INET configuration failederror:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0) . So does this mean the cpgs server is not running btw i'm not trying to set a remote server so for the ip i'm 127.0.0.1 . I've tried logging into the system as root and running the /vars/cpanel/cpgsd.pl command but it shows no such file or dir.

i knew i would figure it out soon as i posted
the command was not correct as u can see by the vars/ don't know where that s came from
