Is it possible to choose which accounts have cpgs in their cpanel, as i don't want it to be available to all, but can't find the option.

Yes of course. You'll need to create a Feature List via WHM, call it gameserver for example, and have it Game Server Managment included on that list. Use that Feature List when setting up new accounts that will have cPGS.

On your Default Feature List, simply disable Game Server Managment and save.
