Can I run mods files that are running on windows to run on Linux cpgs (MOHA) ?
Can i find mods to disable bazooka and shotgun weapons working at cpgs MOHA game ?

This all depends on the mod in question. Usually no, mods built to run on Windows will not run on Linux, but some are built with versions that run on both. You'l need to inquire with each mods' developers/community as to whether it will run on Linux or not.

There are various ways of disabling & controlling weapons serverside for MoHAA, Anti cheat sofware is one way of doing it.

Grab a copy of CI or Foresight

CI Counter Intelligence A/C from Blackbart (Reverend Scott) over at InvisibleWariors - MOH Team, Software - Anticheat, Server - PrayerRequest they also have a support forum where you can ask for help if needed.

Foresight Anti cheat (developer SliderV has been AWOL for a few years).

Currently available at MohForesight » MohForesight which also has a support forum.

README's will be included with both versions explaining how to setup server side and on your pc.

I made it before to disable any weapons on the game

there 7 files :
user-disable_bazooka.pk3
user-disable_sniper.pk3
user-disable_shotgun.pk3
user-disable_rifle.pk3
user-disable_pistol.pk3
user-disable_machine-gun2.pk3
user-disable_machine-gun1.pk3

This is will working both windows and linux system.
Upload user-disable_bazooka.pk3 and user-disable_shotgun.pk3 at "main" folder and restart your game server to disable bazooka and shotgun as you want

If you want disable any other weapon, you will upload the file of the weapon in "main" folder and restart server.

we have VLAN in our office, before that we had simple LAN and we were able to play MOHAA Multiplayer, but as the VLAN is launched, we can't get connected to the other Participants those are sitting in other building, they are sharing all the resources as we are, but they are having other IP address (CISCO router) thing, any solution that we can play MOHAA Multiplayer on VLAN????

I can't think of a way to do it easily, but I'm no network engineer either. If you can install software on the local machines that will be playing, you could try setting up openvpn on the game server machine and have all the client computers connect to it. Starting the gameserver on the VPN IP should allow everyone connected to join. I've never tried this but it might work.
