In cPGS, I installed the game. Using the default command line. Then under manage game, I added +set fs_game mods/extreme to the append command line.
My directory is cod4_1/mods/extreme. Notice where the mod is located?
It should not be located in the main folder.
Then I logged into cpanel for the gameserver and saved the IP and Port.
