When will this game be available for install on our servers? I would like to get this on my server the day it is released to help get my server populated.

The release date is November 10th and that is confirmed.

As long as they have a linux server available at release, it probably won't take more than a week to get it ready assuming no major difficulties with it. Adding support for new games as of 0.7.0 is no longer tied into the cPGS version, game support can be downloaded in a package, cpgsd restarted and you've got support for it, so even if I'm in the middle of a cPGS release, I should still be able to add support for the new game.
