Thanks for the heads-up, I've posted new versions of the 32 and 64bit Beta 25 servers , let me know if there are issues with them.

so to update, the only way is to uninstall the existing TS3 server, download the new file and install new? Or is there an easy way to upgrade, keeping existing settings and setup?

You don't need uninstall it. Just re-download it and select 4. mirror (Index of /). I think you will keep settings.
BUT for right answer wait for darren!!!

But I think when you download Gameserver Files, that just gives you something to install from and does not actually do anything to the current installation, just gives you the package to make a new install from.
I say that becasue to save space, I will Download a particular game package, then install the game, and then Remove the Gameserver File. So I don't think that just downloading the new Gameserver file, (in this case the TS3 beta 25) will do anything for you unless you make a new installation from that.
So, my question to Darren or whomever knows is, is ther an easy way to upgrade, perhaps by getting the TS3 beta25 straight from Teamspeak, and overwriting what is in the /.gameservers/ts3_0 folder
if I am off base here, my appologies _Dejan_

Downloading the new beta 25 version of th TS3 server won't actually overwrite/upgrade existing installs, it will only be used for new installs. If you have ssh access, you can just unpack the files on top of the existing installs, something like:

    # tar xzf /home/gameservers/ts3.cpgs -C /home/user/.gameservers/ts3_0/
    # chown -R user:user /home/user/.gameservers/ts3_0/

The ini file and config database aren't included in the distribution so they won't get overwritten. Let me know if you have trouble with it; also it may be a good idea to copy your ts3server.sqlitedb somewhere safe just in case.
