New Voice App Support - Murmur/Mumble

Hey,
I know that this voice app is a pain in the backside when it comes to server setup as it requires QT Libs, but can you possibly look into incorperating murmur into cPGS.

For those who don't know what Murmur or Mumble is, it is an opensource multi-platform voice app using speex codec and while the GUI looks bland its a very good voice ap and has no hosting license requirements, so people can host these services at a price.

If you already know what the app is and think this is a good idea, please let it be known here.

In addition, they have a static pre-compilied version for linux (32bit only) so it will save you frmo having to get ppl to have to install it you can just un pack it

Please look into it as it looks like its becomming the next biggest voice app for gamming.

I put it on the to-do list. I started emerging it on my gentoo workstation when I first sat down and it's still working on the QT stuff now, I may need to see if I can statically bunch it all together since the dependacy list is pretty heavy for it.

Needing QT was a deal-breaker for us, sucks that a great open source app like this has so many heavy dependencies for the server.
