    Question remote server not showing in cPanel

    just did a remote cod4 install.. gameserver appears to have installed fine.

    when I log into the account holder's cPanel, the remote server isn't listed in the cPanel gamesevers list (it is working if you go to the /frontend/x3/gameserv/Dashboard.html?game=cod4&n=x where x= gameserver number [2 in my case] url directly)

    any ideas why its not showing up?

    how do I fix it?

    Is the game not listed at all in the cPGS index page, or does it have the cod4 boxart, just no link to the right of it ? I would try revisiting the "manage game" page in whm for that user/game/install and making sure it's "allowed" and such and saving that interface again. If that doesn't help, put in a ticket for me so I can track down what's causing it.

    Not shown anywhere..

    server a has 2 local cod4 game installs and 1 remote (server b) remote install doesn't show anywhere at all.. not on server a (although you can access it with the previously noted link on server a)

    we will revisit the manage game whm page and let you know what happens.. stand by

    edit: no change.. makes no difference what I set in whm.

    adding to existing ticket now..

    Thanks for the ticket, I was able to find the problem and get a fix for it. This will affect all accounts using a remote server where the remote username is different than the local user, pretty rare in practice which is probably why it was able to go so long undetected. I've got the fix in the dev tree and will be available in 0.7.2 which I'm trying to get cranked out asap despite some pretty large changes. If anyone else has this problem, put in a ticket for me and I'll patch yours with the fix.
