Server stops streaming to pb

I have two major problems here. The server stops streaming to pb and I have to reboot like once to twice a day to fix it.

My next problem could be related. I run a league mod that using some modified pb files that are suppose to stream to pb. I can't activate any league pb files. I am working on this with PBBans | Always Quality over Quantity and TeamWarfare League™: Community Based Gaming the league admin. The admin took a look at all my files and even went in the server with me and can not figure out the problem. It seems to only be with my server. They have never seen this issue before. Its a COD:waw server.

Someone else had this problem before, it ended up being a config issue. Have you tried setting it up using pbban's automated tool ?

I fixed it. It was the CMD line. I set it up wrong.
