Default Servers not showing in cpanel

Im trying to install a teamspeak server to one of my accounts for testing and im running into issues.

Im using the setup wizard via WHM and everything seems to go ok and it says the install was successful but when trying to view it via cpanel im seeing the following:

    http://www.jortex.com/misc/cPanel%20X_1207701478781.png

(screenshot shows cpanel 10 but its been tested on 11 and its the same result)

As you can see, theres no options for users to control or access the server.

cpgs has been updated to the latest version, ive even tried removing all exisitng cpgs files and doing a fresh install from scratch.

cpanel & whm has been updated to latest current build

Nothing seems to work so any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Umm, by any chance, did you do an upgrade from 0.5.x to 0.6.x?

If you have, make sure you follow the instructions in the 0.6.0 release thread.

As mentioned in my first post this is a fresh install.

At first i upgraded but once that didnt work i removed all traces of cpgs from the server and installed 0.6.5 from scratch.

It looks like it's installed.. the log shows the pid file is missing which is normal since it hasn't been started. Does it seem to start ok from the shell ? If you'd like, put in a ticket so I can see what's going on, it's strange that it installed but isn't showing any control/info line like the screenshot suggests.

    If you mean by using:

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/cpgs_chk

Then it doesnt seem to do anything, just drops to a command prompt and makes no difference in cpanel.

Where would the best place to submit a ticket be Darren? cpanel support? or email darren@?

And what information do you need?

    Thanks for your help.

By starting from command line, I mean logging in as the user via ssh (or `su user -s /bin/bash` as root) and cd to the teamspeak install directory and running the startup script.

    cd /home/********/.gameservers/tss2_rc2_0/
    ./teamspeak2-server_startscript start

You should be able to submit a ticket from the cPanel store or WHM if you have a direct license. Otherwise fill out this form and they will transfer it to me:

    https://tickets.cpanel.net/submit/in...lling&product=

I need the server IP, root ssh info and user account it's not working for.

    Thanks,
    Darren
