Sever load

I have a VPS and was going to install UT3 what kind of load and bandwidth could I expect to see? it will only be a private server at most there will be 6 to 10 players on

The bandwidth on a small game server is usually pretty negligble, most game companies don't even count it into the packages the offer. The load on a VPS is really dependant on the type of VPS and the amount of resources it has. Typically a VPS gets pretty poor performance compared to a dedicated machine and I've seen some issues with allocating needed memory on a few. That said, if you are only running on server with 10 or less people, it should be ok. You can always try it out and uninstall it if it doesn't work as well as you'd like.
