This process is running all the time /usr/bin/perl /var/cpanel/cpgs/cpgs_comm 127.0.0.1 singleisrunning clientname l4d 0 This game server has been removed about a month ago.
A possibility is when you removed the server. It was still running at the time. You can stop the process by just using the following command:
kill (the process number)
Then your done, and it wont come back.
