Hello, can I bump this thread. It seems that TeamSpeak 3 package needs to be updated.
When trying to use our TS3 server we get a message "The server version is outdated".
Currently Installed cPGS Version ( 0.7.4-0.0.19 ).

The RC1 version package was put up on the mirrors yesterday. As always you need to save a copy of your license.dat file and ts3server.sqlitedb , reinstall the server in cPanel using the updated package, and copying the files back. There may be database issues with using an older ts3server.sqlitedb file with RC1 but I'm unaware of anything specific.

Also if you have any files saved in there you will need to make sure you backup and copy over the files directory there as well.
