Teamspeak error login failed?

Well I installed cpgs and installed teamspeak for a test account. logged into the user account i created and it shows the default "admin" account and password and the "superadmin" accounts and password but when I try to use the supplied information i get the error failed login. ports are unblocked in the firewall. I don't know what I'm doing wrong any help would be appreciated. This is my first cpgs install.

Another note:

i can login as the "superadmin" on that page but the normal page users would login to I cannot login as admin or users i have created. Also the port showing in the box is 8767.

There's a chance that the port used is not showing up right as the default on the page. Change the port on the login page to what is set in the cPGS interface and see if it will let you log in. If that's the case let me know and I'll see if I can reproduce it, otherwise put in a ticket for me and I'll take a look.

for some reason it was saying port 8767 when it should of been 8768. The admin worked that way. But I created a user name "user1" password "user1" and users cant login.
