Set the server allowed to "allowed"
Set Max Users to a common value, usually even (for even teams).
Save Changes, go back and click on manage ips, set at least one ip for the game to bind to, go back, click on manage ports, give it as many ports as the game needs. most just need one, some need two (for web admin stuff), teamspeak likes 3.
After that you can install the game and configure the games and start them up.
