Default Is there away to include in cpanel backuk

    Hello
We run cpanel backup every night for all our accounts
I have noticed this does not include the .gameservers directory on a users account
Is there anyway we can include the gameserver backup as well

    Thanks in advance

    Chris

gameserver files not included at cPanel backup and he will not find any thing at cpbackup-exclude.conf

Before I noted that.. and I made script to do backup for game servers.

Darren can explain that.. why gameserver files not included at cPanel backup!

The .cpbackup-skip file is what prevents cPGS games from being added to the backups. The reason this is disabled is that for a 4GB server install, you only need to back up maybe 20k of config files and are generally not hard to set up again if you have to reinstall even without backups. You can delete the backup skip file if you want, but depending on the servers your clients have installed it could put quite a burden on the backup system.
