ok its has been 45 minutes in the download and its still at 0% with Setting up download.. and im just downloading the counter strike source one.

Yeah i'm still very lost on what to do with all this..i understand parts of what you're saying but I think I need to be shown step by step the process to create a new account with only permission needed to run a game server...create the server on the account...get it's dedicated ftp info and it's user cpanel

kevaskous - This is a very old screencast of the process of setting up cPGS for an account. The first bit you see in the shell is no longer applicable, there are some menus not used and some with parts missing, but it should still be able to give you a general overview of how it works:
