TS: CouldNotBindSocket

I setup cpgs to host TeamSpeak servers but everytime I try to start a Server I get the following erros in my server logs. I don't know what do to about this.

Any ideas on how I can go about fixing this? The last time I fixed it I just re-installed the server but then I just ran into the same problems after tryign to start the servers after remaking them.

It looks like you've got another server running on those same ports, for instance is there a process listening on 8767 ( netstat -anp |grep 8767 ) ?
Feel free to put in a ticket so I can take a look if it's not just an ip/port allocation issue.
