Weird problem

Do a forced reinstall to the latest version from WHM in the Game Server Management section, that will ensure you've got the latest minor release where this issue is taken care of.

Did you restart the game in the user's cPGS ? If so, does it say "hlds_run" or "hlds_i686" in the command line ?
