What to belive: whm cpu usage or cpgs cpu usage?

when logging in mysite/cpanel
- gameservers
- klick on gameserver name

it shows me cpu usage 0.36% and mem usage 1.05%

When logging in whm
- system health
- show current cpu usage

it shows me cpu usage 25.1% and mem usage 0.9%

Now theres a conflict somewhere I dont really get how this thing works. Same gameserver but different results at the same time.

I thought if I have quad core processors, two of them I should divide whm usage with 8 but that would give me 3.1% of cpu usage which still dont match.

whm server load should be divided with 8 in my case if I havent changed default settings? (so normal server load is 16.0? i mean 2 times 8 equals 16)

I would believe the WHM output over what cPGS shows. The usage reported in cPGS in 0.6.16 is based on several values from /proc that seem to differ based on the kernel used; in kenrel 2.6.30 it's totally broken. cPGS 0.7.0 uses `ps uaxwww` output which should be the same as WHM as it also uses that and is written by folks that understand the intricate details of cpu usage in the kernel far better than I.
