What are requirements to advertise

I am new to cpanel and couldn't find what are the minimal requirements to advertise, anybody could suggest?

The minimal requirements for cPGS depend entirely on the type, number and active population of servers you expect to be running. Is this what you are asking regarding the "minimum requirements to advertise" ?
