This can caused by a few things:
The cPGSD server is not running on 31.210.72.188:2092
There is a firewall blocking access to 31.210.72.188:2092

For the second arror, please be sure that there is no firewall blocking cpgs (try with firewall off).If the problem is not the firewall run this /var/cpanel/cpgsd.pl as root via ssh.

This can caused by a few things:
The cPGSD server is not running on 127.0.0.1:2092
There is a firewall blocking access to 127.0.0.1:2092
127.0.0.1 is not the right IP and/or 2092 is not the right port

Your image link is timing out for me. Can you please explain exactly what you are trying to do, and copy and paste the error as text, instead of posting a screenshot?

Note that you revived a thread that is seven (7) months old. You may have better luck creating your own new thread or submitting a ticket. Significant time has passed since this thread was last active and your problem may not be the same as the one discussed here.

simao - put in a ticket for me with the relevant login information and I'll try to get you set up. The cPGS interface in WHM is changing quite a bit in v0.9.2 along with the backend configuration, so don't waste too much time trying to learn the current interface.
