Server runs, cpgs runs, server comes up in steam server list, you go to hit connect and it comes up with error you do not have this 3rd party mod installed

Its a CS:S server. I can join all others!

EDIT:

Youcant click connect in the steam server list, but if you start css, and in console type connect ip, it connects fine. Steam problem?

I had to start the server with auto update, Odd how even though it was out of date, I could connect with console. THANKS GUYS!
