Default Adding 3rd party addon module

I am looking at the new addon system and at the bottom of the "Install cPAddon Scripts" page there is a section called "Add/Remove Vendors*" which claims to be:

    * This feature allows installation of 3rd party cPAddon packages not provided or distributed by cPanel.

Any idea how this works? I have tried giving it the URL to the addon package I want to add with no luck. There is nothing in the whm docs about this feature.

You will need to get the url from a third party add-on vendor. The vendor will be able to help you if you have trouble.
