Addon for maintaining apache group file?

Hello all,
Is there an addon that will allow maintaining Apache group files (as used in AuthGroupFile directive)?
Preferable, integrated with user management, so that you can select groups that a user belongs to, rather than having to go and separately add them to the group list.
