Addon request: FAQ module
It would be very useful for many of us if there was an adon module for an faq system that would allow server admins, or resellers to be able to add faq entries so that users would be able to access them from inside their cpanel.

And In Addition To This A Ticket based Support System for Admins to respond to Resellers/Customers Queries, with possibility of building up FAQ from these tickets also. Something of a Perldesk integrated into cPanel

I'd rather not see these as built by cPanel, but rather icons that can be turned on and off in cPanel with an admin specified url to the web host's existing helpdesk/faq
