I'm not too sure what you are asking for.
If you are asking on how to run easyapache without the UI the CLI version of it takes a few command line arguments:
see /scripts/easyapache --help
With this you can run easyapache w/o any interactive interface off the last profile by passing --build
you can specify a profile to build by specifying --profile along with a path to a profile.
