Talking api question for email quota

I want to set a daily task to check which user email quota full.

But i only can find this http://www.cpanel.net/plugins/api2/C...hdisk.pod.html

may i know any sctipt or any path i can directly call and store it on mysql so that i can call a cron job and email me or in whm to list out?

It will help many people which using cPanel and have a problem need kill bounce back email everydays with email quota full.

As far as I know, such a ready-made script is not bundled with cPanel/WHM. If you need help building a shell script that can call this API via the XML-API, let me know. You could code your script to process this information and generate a report of those accounts that are at their quota.

    Hi David,

So If i want to add a script to display inside the WHM for user email account over quota, any api can be use?Just for list out over email quota email list.

is there store in any file or sql , so that can easy call to display and we can help them directly edit email quota or ask them remove email.

    Thanks.

I am unsure if there are reliable methods other than the APIs to generate such information. Even if there were, they would be likely to break in future cPanel updates hence I recommend use of the APIs for long-term functionality.

The page/script does not need to reside within WHM. If you want to add a screen to the WHM interface, that's an entirely different question.

I was assuming you wanted something to either email you a report of these files or perhaps assemble a web page script that could show you this report.
