Box Trapper Not allowing mail to be sent

Hello and thank you for looking over this issue.

I have a problem with Box Trapper not allowing my clients to send email outside the server.
when I check the logs I see "unrouteable mail domain" or user id not allowed to relay.

I am using cpanel 10.8.2-E6

has anyone ever had this issue?

Cpanel support staff resolve it for me "The presence of /etc/eximmailtrap was causing the issue with webmail
not sending out. I removed this file and this appears to be working now"

So Just remove /etc/eximmailtrap and restart Exim.

If you do that you should also edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config and set eximmailtrap=0 otherwise that file will be recreated whenever you save anything in WHM > Tweak Settings.
