BoxTrapper bypassed somehow!

I have just received a spam email which did is not even on the Boxtrapper log! - it doesn't match anything on my white list - how'd they do that? The date might be a clue - it is dated 14th October 2004 (It's 21st November today).

Any idea anyone?
