boxtrapper not recognizing confirmation emails

On a couple accounts that we use boxtrapper for, all of a sudden boxtrapper is no longer recognizing the senders comfirmation email. Instead treating it like a new email. Some people have replied a dozen times... all being asked to confirm and none getting confirmed.

Anyone else notice this?

Nevermind. I found the problem. Accidently deleted the 'verify#%msgid%' variable from the subject line.
