Hi there. Just started using cPanel a few weeks ago and getting to know everything I can and can't do with it.. I saw once on another host I had a site on, if you wanted to set up a mailing list you clicked on the "install mailing list" link, then it told me "that feature costs $2.50 a month to use, are you sure you want to install it?" Is there any capability of doing something like that with cPanel and the addon scripts?
