cPanel / postwwwacct / account creation process question

Does anyone know how I can change the default email address that cPanel creates to a fixed one when an acocunt is created.

Example:
cPanel creates default account emails like this: username@domain.com

I need it to be something fixed like:
blahblah@domain.com

Does anyone know?

Hi tomasall,

The "system" email account that is generated during account creation can not be altered.

One method to achieve the same end result would be to create your fixed (or "known") email account with API2's Email::addpop and then alter the "catchall" address with API2's Email::addforward. And you can do those two operations in your postwwwacct hook.

The cPanel user can always change this "catchall", but they could always change it in the first place, it's arguable that there's really no lose/gain of functionality that wasn't already there...you're just setting it up in a way that's convenient for your process.
