cPanel/WHM API - Create Account without DNS?

I'm doing something.

I need to create an account, but without creating a DNS zone or replace it.
I just want to create only one account.
There is this option?

I'm using the XML API to integrate our system with the cpanel.

Create a DNS zone and then create an account with createacct "but to create the account has no option but to replace the DNS zone (forcedns).

I need to create an account, but without creating a DNS zone, I can do that?
