Hello,

when one of my users klicks on the Support Link (cpSupport) in his Cpanel-Account this message comes:

The System Admin has not configured this feature yet.

I Installed CpSupport, but I didn't find where I can configure it.
Maybe someone could help me.

You can configure the support link from the WHM --> Configure support Request Submission.

Hello,

I just needed to clarify a couple things before I can answer your question. The cpaddon you are referring to is actually a helpdesk script for your users. The "Submit a support request" under "Advanced" section in cpanel is to submit a request to us; in which case you would go to the "Support" section in WHM and fill out the information for that support button.
