e107 won't update in cPAddon

I have clients who have installed e107 through cPAddons. They have current version at v0.7.7, and are getting the update notice email asking them to upgrade to v0.7.11. They try to follow the URL for the update in the email and it's not working for them.

I try to run the update from WHM - cPAddon Scripts Client Install Manager and here is what I get:

This is a cPanel packaged module. (v0.1)

Unable to find available update from 0.7.7!

Any ideas what is going on? I'm running WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.1-C21314

e107 updates generally involve overwriting a few files.... easy enough with ftp access....

I know that doesnt solve the problem but it will make your e107 scripts safer as theyre up to 7. xx11 or something now with quite a few 'fixed' files vs the 7.xx7 version
