I can't get fantistico to show in my cpanels (from whm) it is enabled in the default Feature's it has been installed and I am using skin x3 and have tried skin x

Perhaps you may wish to contact the makers of Fantastico about this at www.Netenberg.com
i saw this issue in some of our box, the problem was fixed reinstalling full fantastico after the recompilation of the internal php of cpanel.
