Free Web Space Creation (account)Tool needed

hi,
IM just wondering if this is possible im looking for a script that would allow customers to go to my site enter a few details and create them selfs some free web space which has a quote. Also looking for it to have some advertisments on the site which they can not remove.
Advert Bars at teh top and bottom with random adverts on it etc
if this is possible could someone get bak to me
i cureently have modernbil but just wondering if theres anything else that could be free to do this etc?

yes there is a script allready out there that you can install on your server. couple of things tho...

1) its not free
2) it does not work with cpanel, like creat an account in cpanel or something


this script will force ads on every pay by editeing the header and footer.

Edit: actually the program works if you have cpanel installed, but im not sure if it will show the accounts in your cpanel whm.
